Shipping Policy Our company is registered in Hong‑Kong, China. Our physical shipping warehouse lies in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, mainland‑China. All packages are dispatched from this mainland warehouse. After your payment is verified, your shipment‑off date follows the agreement confirmed with our sales member. Total transit time depends on your selected logistics channel and destination nation. We shall not be liable for shipment delays brought by customs inspection, local courier hold‑ups or unexpected public incidents. All destination‑side import tariffs, customs clearance fees and local handling expenses shall be undertaken by the buyer. A parcel‑tracking number will be supplied right after goods leave our warehouse.
