Return & Refund Policy

All goods in our store are surplus‑stock clearance garments. Inventory styles circulate rapidly and every batch of goods is unique. Pictures and videos on product links and chat windows are for style reference only. Actual delivered items will differ from displayed samples due to different batches. All products are shipped in mixed styles, mixed colors and mixed sizes at random.

Our defective‑item rate is strictly kept within 3%. Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, all sales are final‑sale. No returns, refunds or exchanges for unreasonable requests.

If goods contain excessive defective items over our 3% standard or wrong‑item delivery caused by our‑warehouse error, buyers need to provide clear‑shot photos within 3 working‑days upon receipt. We will negotiate a proper compensation solution.

Buyers shall bear risks inherent to leftover clothing, including size mismatch, color deviation, minor stitching flaws, slight dirt stains and style differences from reference media.

The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces and mixed‑style wholesale is supported. Exact shipping time shall be confirmed with our sales staff.

Our company is registered in Hong‑Kong, China, and all shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Guangzhou, mainland‑China.
